A dangerous conspiracy to defame and blackmail Dr Nimesh Govindbhai Prajapati, the owner of Sparsh Multispeciality Hospital has been exposed. Dr. Arvind Shah, the accuser himself made a shocking confession that he himself fell into a conspiracy of a doctor of the Phoenix Investigation Agency, following which he had made serious allegations against Prajapati.
The Vatva police station in Ahmedabad received an application, complaining against Dr Nimesh Prajapati, alleging that bogus mediclaim were passed by preparing fake medical papers (files) of non-existent patients at Sparsh Multispeciality hospital. After police investigated the matter, the complaint application filed against Prajapati turned out to be false, fabricated and far from the truth.
Dr. Arvind Shah made shocking confessions
Two female patients were shocked when their mediclaim were not passed. The required examination process of female patients was carried out by Dr. Arvind Shah. But he said, “I did not examine any female patient,” referring to a conspiracy by a Phoenix Investigation Agency doctor. “Dr. Nimesh Prajapati forged my signatures and misused the coins,” added Shah.
However, when Dr. Prajapati confronted him and called him for this false accusation, Dr. Shah confessed that he had indeed examined the female patient. “I was tempted to write false statements just because he told me to,” said Dr. Shah. Dr Prajapati also produced evidence of the consultancy fees paid to Dr Shah to the police.

Dr. Shah confessed that he had lured me into a conspiracy. Dr. Shah was forced to make a statement against Prajapati. Shockingly, Dr. Arvind Shah’s daughter-in-law also made some confessions over the phone.

Another doctor who was treating a female patient also tried to get involved in this conspiracy, but he must have smelled something fishy, so he was not tempted.
